 The Roasted Bean Boutique Fully Automatic Coffee Bean Roasting Machine System is a coffee bean roasting system which is fully automatic requiring no specialist skills by the operator. However, the user override allows the expert roaster to manually control the Roast Profile to within one degree and one second.
The Fully Automatic Coffee Bean Roasting Machine has an easy to use Touch Display (if you can use an ATM/Cash Machine, you can use the Fully Automatic Coffee Bean Roasting Machine System).
The Roasted Bean Boutique Fully Automatic Coffee Bean Roasting Machine System has a computerised and patented coffee bean algorithm which continually adjusts the roast profiles for optimum roasts to bring out the best qualities in the chosen green bean.
The Fully Automatic Coffee Bean Roasting Machine has a barcode scanner function, allowing the green beans to be tagged/barcoded with all the roasting information embedded in the barcode - so simply scanning the barcode sets the Fully Automatic Coffee Bean Roasting Machine System into the correct roasting mode.
The Roasting profile for each type of supplied green bean is developed individually by The Roasted Bean Boutique "Master Bean Roaster".
 
Once the Roaster is ready, it will signal for the opeartor to release the green beans into the roasting chamber. Now sit back and wait for the roasting profile to complete.
Should you wish to manually override the automated settings, this is possible
Manually adjusting the settings of a Roast Profile is easy - simply choose the weight of the green beans and the style of roast required (this sets up a general roasting algorithm).
Then the roasting temperatures maybe fine tuned for first crack, second crack and final.
More fine tuning of the roast profile may be made at this point and saved as a re-useable Roasting Profile.
During the Roast a graph of the Roast Temperature and/or a graph of the Bean Temperature can be viewed. Fine adjustments to the Roast can be made
"on-the-fly" to perfect the Bean Roast if neccessary.
At all times, an illuminated viewing window is available to moinitor the colour of the roasted beans.
