As our Franchisee, we will provide all neccessary training for you to be able to:

• Talk confidently about Coffee and understand the Coffee Roasting Process and what the technical aspects of Coffee Bean Roasting are - but remember, to use the Roasted Bean Boutique Roasting Machine, everything is automated. However, we want you to become a "Trusted Advisor" to your customers.

• Correctly grind and pack the Coffee

• Clean, service and maintain your Roasted Bean Boutique Roasting Machine.

Our Coffee Roasting training courses comprise of the following:

Certificate of Technical Competency

Demonstrates technical competency in the operation, maintenance and support of the Coffee Bean Roasting Machine through 30% written and 70% practical assessment.

Certificate in Coffee Roasting

60% written assessment and 40% practical assessment in Coffee Bean Theory and Roasting techniques including basic cupping.

Diploma in Coffee Roasting

70% written and 30% practical assessment in Coffee Bean Theory and Advanced Roasting techniques including advanced cupping.

Master Roaster

10% written and 90% practical assessment (to include at least 6 months proven roasting & cupping experience).


 

In additon, we will also provide the following:

• Servicing and Repair to your Roasted Bean Boutique Roasting Machine.

• Supply choice quality Green Beans ensuring the Roasted Bean Boutique brand name maintains quality and standards.

• Packaging and equipment required to support your Roasted Bean Boutique.

• Marketing and Sales information to grow your Roasted Bean Boutique enterprise

• We can also provide you with a secure on-line store facility to sell your products over the internet.
